Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

ABusiness is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the full spectrum of digital activities for its SaaS, SAP, AI, and consulting services. The role is based in Gurugram and requires ownership of strategy, execution, and performance measurement to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Own lead‑generation campaigns for SaaS products, SAP services, AI solutions, and professional consulting.
• Plan, launch, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.
• Design and execute SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound leads.
• Create and manage content plans for blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Oversee social media marketing on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and relevant networks.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, forms, funnels, and conversion paths.
• Track, analyse, and improve campaign metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, website traffic, and lead quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital, performance, and B2B marketing.
• Proven ability to design and execute end‑to‑end campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, and consulting market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
