Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

BlinkSwag is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive its digital growth across global markets. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost brand visibility and generate high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
• Oversee website content, blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Manage social media presence and engagement across all relevant channels.
• Optimise conversion funnels, landing pages, and email marketing automation.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce actionable insights, and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
• Experience targeting international markets is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Performance marketing (PPC, paid social) – Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
• SEO tools – SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Google Analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Marketing automation platforms – Zoho, HubSpot.
