Digital Marketing Manager – Acquisition Lead

About the role
We are seeking a high‑ownership Acquisition Lead to drive new customer growth at scale for a fast‑growing D2C ecommerce business. You will own the primary KPI of new customer lifetime value across paid, organic, and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimise new customer acquisition, focusing on CAC, conversion rates and LTV.
- Plan, execute and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other platforms, continuously testing creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings for blogs, category and product pages.
- Leverage social media to generate top‑of‑funnel traffic and collaborate with content teams on acquisition‑focused assets.
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages and creatives, analyse funnel metrics and provide data‑driven insights for scaling.
Required profile
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of scaling customer acquisition.
- Experience managing paid media, SEO and social acquisition channels in an ecommerce environment.
- Data‑driven approach to optimise CAC, conversion rates and LTV.
