Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to drive our admissions, online presence, and professional learning initiatives. The role blends strategy, storytelling, technology, and AI to deliver data‑driven campaigns that generate leads and support our mission in early years education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead‑generation campaigns, monitor conversions and track performance.
• Update and maintain WordPress websites, creating and editing pages as needed.
• Design and optimise landing pages for admissions, events and campaigns.
• Create and manage online forms (Jotform, Google Forms) and integrate them with lead‑management systems.
• Maintain CRM and lead‑tracking sheets, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.
• Coordinate website content updates and implement basic SEO improvements.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to launch digital campaigns.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports and support email‑marketing and automation efforts.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Perplexity) to enhance content creation, audience research, ad copy and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative marketing solutions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Comfortable managing WordPress sites and basic SEO.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, Google Analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Experience creating landing pages, online forms and handling email‑marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and marketing outcomes.
• Organised, analytical, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects.
