Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to lead B2B digital initiatives across multiple Indian locations. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate high‑quality leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage B2B campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and display platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI while tracking budgets and KPIs.
• Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted demand‑generation tactics and support Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Coordinate and promote B2B content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and solution pages.
• Collaborate closely with sales and pre‑sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and provide sales enablement assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven B2B digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting and optimization capabilities.
