Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive specialized in Google Ads to join our growing D2C wellness brand. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing paid search and display campaigns to drive conversions and improve return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, keywords and audiences to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC and CPA.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify scaling opportunities.
• Track conversions and product performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Run basic A/B tests on ad copy, creatives and landing pages.
• Support Meta Ads and remarketing campaigns when needed.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to meet performance‑marketing requirements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for a D2C or e‑commerce brand.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, personal‑care or FMCG sector is a plus.
