Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Circled Advisory is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Associate to drive performance marketing, content, analytics and automation for its luxury real‑estate platform. You will work across multiple channels, identify issues, experiment with solutions and measure impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other digital channels, monitoring CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions and lead quality.
• Analyse campaign data, extract insights and implement experiments to improve funnel performance.
• Use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to diagnose traffic patterns, user behaviour and conversion drop‑offs.
• Track the end‑to‑end journey from ad click to CRM entry, spotting and fixing lead leakage.
• Manage lead‑management tools such as Sell.Do, AiSensy, Brevo, CallerDesk and Pabbly to streamline workflows.
• Oversee WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, social media engagement and database maintenance.
• Assist with website blogs, LinkedIn posts, SEO, backlink building and landing‑page optimisation.
• Create and adapt campaign creatives, newsletters, brochures, floor‑plans and other branded assets.
• Support basic video and reel editing when required.
• Identify broken processes, integration or tracking issues and coordinate with developers or vendors for resolution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital or performance marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
• Curiosity to investigate performance drops and propose solutions.
• Ownership mentality – able to act independently without waiting for direction.
