Digital Content Associate – Editorial & Content Management

About the role

Amazon Music is looking for a Digital Content Associate to ensure high‑quality editorial and content management for its music catalog. You will listen to English and Kannada tracks, perform quality checks, and help deliver a seamless listening experience for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on digital music content using headsets, following SOPs.
• Identify and report errors detected by internal systems or customers.
• Track and meet productivity, quality, and SLA metrics (titles processed per hour, defect percentage, delivery latency).
• Adapt to evolving business priorities and learn multiple internal tools and systems.
• Raise issues or alarms to managers and stakeholders when they may impact deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minute errors.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for music.
• Ability to work with headsets for extended periods.
• Willingness to continuously learn new tools and processes.
