Digital CoE ERP Apprenticeship (12 months)

About the role

Join Airbus India's Digital Centre of Excellence (CoE) for ERP as a 12‑month apprentice. You will work with the ERP CoE team in Bangalore, supporting the development and maintenance of both SAP and non‑SAP digital applications while gaining hands‑on experience in enterprise resource planning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining digital ERP applications (SAP & non‑SAP).
• Gather client requirements and configure SAP modules such as Finance, Materials Management and Sales.
• Provide technical assistance including ABAP/Basis coding, system troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Develop scripts, automation tools and data‑processing tasks.
• Write clean, efficient and well‑documented code.
• Update system documentation, user manuals and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (technical undergraduate or postgraduate) with no full‑time professional experience.
• Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read and written).

Required skills

• Basic understanding of supply‑chain management and ERP concepts.
• Programming proficiency in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with data structures, object‑oriented programming and file handling.
• Experience with version control systems such as GIT.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Understanding of APIs and web services.
• Exposure to SAP modules (Finance, MM, Sales) and ABAP/Basis.
