DevOps Engineer L3

About the role

The L3 DevOps Engineer will partner with application teams and developers to streamline integration and deployment processes. The focus is on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) across the full DevOps toolchain, ensuring smooth application lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute CI/CD pipelines covering planning, coding, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
• Manage IT infrastructure required for supported software code and onboard applications onto DevOps tools.
• Create and maintain user access workflows in line with defined processes.
• Customize and engineer DevOps tools based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to script and connect code components for production releases.
• Automate testing and deployment using appropriate DevOps tools.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within defined TAT, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshoot repeatable issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and toolchains.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to meeting service level agreements.
