DevOps Engineer

About the role

Arcana Analytics is looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our fast‑growing team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining highly automated, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure that powers data‑intensive and ML‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement GCP (and optionally AWS) cloud architecture and infrastructure services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins) to accelerate developer productivity.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
• Ensure security‑by‑design through access controls, secret management, and network segmentation.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, and application teams to align infrastructure with the technical roadmap.
• Mentor and guide a growing team of infrastructure engineers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in high‑growth tech startups.
• Strong background in Linux, distributed systems, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design secure, high‑availability cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
