DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The role combines deep operational expertise with development knowledge to design, implement, and maintain our container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and secret management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate self‑managed Kubernetes clusters on‑premises, handling installation, upgrades, HA, networking, storage classes and RBAC.
• Manage Docker/containerd runtime, image hardening, registry hygiene, and Harbor registry policies.
• Own self‑hosted GitLab and Jenkins environments, including runners, pipelines, plugins, and backup strategies.
• Integrate Vault for secret management, designing KV, database, PKI, and transit engines with various auth methods.
• Administer MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ clusters, including backup, restore, performance tuning, and DR runbooks.
• Perform advanced Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky) and automate infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Develop reusable CI/CD pipeline templates and embed security tools such as SAST/DAST and artifact signing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to design reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
