DevOps Engineer

About the role

RoboMQ is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support its fast‑growing SaaS platform, Hire2Retire. You will work on highly available Kubernetes clusters, automate cloud infrastructure on AWS, and ensure security and reliability across the product stack.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer multi‑node Kubernetes clusters for high availability.
• Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, EFK or CloudWatch.
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Automate AWS infrastructure provisioning, scaling and compliance with Terraform.
• Strengthen cloud security through IAM policies, encryption and vulnerability scans.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Use penetration testing tools such as NMAP to enhance network security.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE roles.
• B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
• On‑call support experience for critical infrastructure issues.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with distributed systems.
