DevOps Engineer – Hybrid Cloud & Bare‑Metal Infrastructure

About the role

As a Staff Engineer in Infrastructure Engineering & DevOps, you will lead the design, build and evolution of a hybrid cloud‑plus‑bare‑metal platform that powers our software delivery. The role combines hands‑on automation with architectural influence and requires close collaboration with development, DevOps and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve hybrid infrastructure systems that span public cloud and high‑performance bare‑metal servers.
• Build and enhance internal tools and automation to improve scalability, reliability and cost‑efficiency.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code practices using Terraform, Helm and Kubernetes.
• Support multi‑tenant workloads, observability and auditability through platform APIs and shared tooling.
• Partner with development, DevOps and QA teams to resolve infrastructure or deployment blockers during release cycles.
• Design, implement and operate build and release pipelines for hybrid environments, including GPU‑based bare‑metal systems.
• Provide on‑call support and participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and release readiness reviews.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform or DevOps engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
• Hands‑on experience with hybrid cloud and bare‑metal environments.
• Deep knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, Helm and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to collaborate across development, DevOps and QA teams.
