DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Kubernetes Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and manage containerised workloads on Kubernetes. You will work closely with development, QA and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure and automated delivery of applications across cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Jenkins) to automate build, test and deployment.
• Deploy, operate and scale containerised applications on Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE) using blue‑green, canary and rolling strategies.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and respond to incidents.
• Enforce DevOps best practices, versioning, branching and deployment standards across teams.
• Integrate security, compliance and access controls into pipelines and cloud environments.
• Own release management processes, including change approvals, deployment windows and rollback procedures.
• Document pipelines, deployment processes and runbooks for operations and support.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in production environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage release cycles with minimal downtime.
