DevOps Engineer (5-8 yrs) – Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role involves ensuring reliable software delivery, security, and performance for our products while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to design, test, and release software features.
• Conduct quality‑assurance activities to verify compliance with standards.
• Roll out fixes, upgrades, and security patches across environments.
• Secure applications and infrastructure to prevent breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve user experience.
• Propose workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and delivery success.
• Identify market gaps and pitch innovative project ideas.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and define remedial actions.
• Proficiency in Java technologies and backend development.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.

• AWS services (Subnet, ElastiCache, MQ, MSK, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Container orchestration with EKS

• Linux/Unix administration
• Networking and firewall configuration in AWS
