About the role
The Developer L1 role supports basic development activities by assisting in coding and unit testing under close guidance from senior team members. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to learn core development practices while contributing to project deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in basic coding tasks under the supervision of experienced developers.
- Support unit testing for assigned modules, validate expected results, and record outcomes following defined formats.
- Document coding details and test results for each task to maintain clear project records.
- Coordinate with developers to understand project goals, clarify basic queries, and provide regular updates on assigned work.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about learning software development fundamentals.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction and status reporting.
