Destination Expert – International Holidays (Sales)

About the role

Catch A Trip is seeking a Destination Expert specialized in International Holidays to join its Jaipur office. You will act as a consultative sales advisor, guiding high‑value clients from initial inquiry through to confirmed bookings while delivering personalized travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑value international holiday enquiries, from consultation to booking confirmation.
• Analyse client preferences, budgets and travel goals to design bespoke itineraries.
• Sell FIT, luxury, honeymoon, family and custom international packages.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations, including hotels, activities, transfers and experiences.
• Maintain accurate lead, quotation and booking data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations, DMCs, hotels and travel partners for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements and seasonal offers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while preserving healthy margins.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in international holiday package sales.
• Demonstrated success handling high‑net‑worth, premium or luxury clients.
• Strong knowledge of European destinations, especially Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi required.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, organized and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
