Design Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented Design Lead to shape visual storytelling for Brave Bison’s Engage Digital Partners, a full‑service sports marketing agency. Based in Bangalore, you will lead a design team to create compelling assets for top sports brands and help translate complex digital strategies into clear, impactful visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process for campaigns, from concept through production.
• Collaborate with strategists, marketers and developers to ensure visual solutions align with client objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms including social, web and paid media.
• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and foster a culture of bold creativity.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative design techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design projects in a fast‑paced agency or media environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling for sports, entertainment or similar sectors.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for simplifying complex concepts through design.

Required skills

• Expertise in industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Understanding of motion graphics and video editing software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media specifications.
