About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth India as a Deputy/Assistant Manager Planner in Sales Administration & Controlling for Hydraulic Products. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order flow, accurate demand forecasting, and effective capacity planning across our manufacturing and warehouse networks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing and planning, ensuring timely acknowledgment and communication of sales orders.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with source plants to prevent shortages.
• Support capacity planning together with plant and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
• Coordinate order scheduling with internal stakeholders to meet customer and production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Handle pre‑order commercial documentation such as Letter of Credit drafts, Bank Guarantees, and payment term deviations.
• Facilitate pricing updates and obtain necessary approvals in line with customer agreements and authority matrices.
