Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Process Planner

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to lead process planning at its Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant. The role focuses on capacity and process development, driving manufacturing value‑addition initiatives and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assess gaps in manufacturing capacity, implementing process changes and cycle‑time reductions.
• Develop and continuously improve value‑addition flows using innovative solutions.
• Initiate change notes for Tg rationalisation projects and coordinate with IE and Union teams.
• Ensure plant capability metrics (TEK, CpK, ergonomics, safety) meet customer requirements.
• Assess internal and external requirements, support future‑state value stream design, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing process planning or capacity management.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with cross‑functional groups.
