About the role
Openhouse is seeking a Deputy Centre Director to lead the learning outcomes at one of its premium play‑based education hubs in Bengaluru. You will mentor teachers, oversee curriculum delivery, and directly impact over 200 young learners in the neighbourhood.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to build an inclusive, growth‑oriented culture.
- Implement Openhouse’s curriculum for preschool and after‑school programs.
- Manage day‑to‑day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Review lesson plans, provide constructive feedback, and support teachers in the classroom.
- Maintain clear communication with parents, sharing progress updates and milestones.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience as a preschool teacher in a premium early‑childhood education setting.
- Prior experience coaching or mentoring teachers.
- Ability to review lesson plans and give actionable feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills for parent and staff communication.
