Demand Planner – North Region

About the role

As a Demand Planner for the North region, you will be responsible for consolidating regional demand data and ensuring accurate forecasts that drive supply chain decisions. You will work closely with sales, marketing, production and senior management to align demand plans with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Aggregate and analyse regional demand to provide an unconstrained demand forecast for sourcing and inventory teams.
• Facilitate S&OP meetings, coordinating inputs from sales, marketing, production and leadership.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives in demand planning, applying advanced forecasting techniques.
• Manage inventory levels, set reorder points and optimise safety stock to avoid stock‑outs or excess.
• Collaborate on long‑term business plans with marketing and sales for capacity and resource alignment.
• Monitor market conditions, price changes, promotions and trends to adjust forecasts accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a Master’s in supply chain is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control methods.
• Proficiency in demand planning concepts and techniques.
