Delivery Rider – Instant Grocery & Cafe Delivery

About the role

Grofii is a fast‑growing instant‑delivery platform in Chomu, offering groceries and premium café items within 15 minutes. As a Delivery Rider you will be the face of the service, picking up orders from local fulfillment centres and delivering them safely and quickly to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept, verify, and load grocery and café orders at the fulfillment centre.
• Navigate Chomu routes efficiently to meet delivery time targets.
• Provide polite, customer‑focused service at the doorstep.
• Update delivery status accurately using the Grofii Rider mobile app.
• Follow all local traffic laws and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Own a functional motorcycle or scooter with valid registration (RC) and a permanent driving licence.
• Own an Android smartphone capable of running the rider application smoothly.
• Strong knowledge of Chomu neighbourhoods, landmarks and shortcuts.
• Clear background record and valid government ID (Aadhaar or PAN).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods.
