Delivery Rider – Grocery Orders

About the role

We are looking for energetic Delivery Riders to pick up grocery orders from assigned stores and deliver them safely and on time to customers. You will use our dedicated delivery app to manage orders, follow navigation instructions, and ensure a professional experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grocery orders from the designated store.
• Deliver orders promptly while adhering to safety standards.
• Follow delivery instructions and navigation routes provided through the app.
• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of each delivery.
• Use the company app to accept, track, and manage orders.
• Communicate professionally with customers when required.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Own two‑wheeler (motorbike/scooter).
• Smartphone with internet connection.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.
• Ability to operate delivery and navigation apps.
