Delivery Manager

About the role

Unified Infotech is seeking a visionary Delivery Manager to lead its service delivery operations across software development, risk management, and project management. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive growth, and ensure a seamless customer journey from sales handover through deployment and support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage budgeting, profit & loss reporting, capacity planning, and forecasting of manpower needs.
• Provide project management leadership, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Uphold technology best practices and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑caliber team of engineers, designers, and professionals to exceed operational targets.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, engineering, sales, operations, support, and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service delivery leadership within the software development sector.
• Strong business acumen and departmental leadership experience.
• Technical aptitude with a natural instinct for project and group management.
• Ability to inspire teams, drive growth, and create lasting customer impact.
