Delivery Manager – IT Services & Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale application maintenance and support outsourcing teams in the insurance domain. The role involves overseeing multiple engagements, ensuring service quality, and driving client governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large (100+ FTE) application maintenance and support teams across diverse technologies.
• Lead mid‑size projects (20‑40 FTE) and a portfolio of small to mid‑size engagements.
• Conduct account governance meetings, prepare reporting and governance decks.
• Define and monitor SLA/KPI models and ensure compliance with ITIL and Six Sigma standards.
• Handle contracting conversations, SOW creation, and various AMS models (TM, FP, FM, FC).
• Participate in pre‑sales, solutioning, client presentations, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sourcing and talent acquisition to scale teams rapidly.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of IT service/project experience, including at least 5 years managing large AMS teams.
• Proven experience in the property and casualty insurance sector (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Six Sigma quality standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to estimate development effort and deliver projects under fixed‑price or outcome‑based contracts.
