Delivery Head – SAP Services

About the role

The Delivery Head – SAP will lead the SAP Business Unit’s service delivery and support functions for Bosch Global Software Technologies in Bangalore. You will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI.

Key responsibilities

• Define, direct, monitor, and manage all service delivery activities for the SAP Business Unit.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure timely project execution.
• Oversee operations and deliverables to improve efficacy and productivity.
• Drive cost efficiency, maximize throughput, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through formal and informal feedback mechanisms.
• Identify and mitigate risks across technical and operational processes.
• Partner with Sales to grow the business and deliver solutions globally.
• Lead employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Professional degree from a premium institute (e.g., B.E., C.A., MBA).
• Minimum 18 years of experience in IT services or software industry in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and maturing delivery organizations focused on SAP services.
• Strong ability to prioritize objectives and meet aggressive deadlines.
