Delivery Executive (Zepto) – Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

We are seeking responsible and reliable Delivery Executives to join Zepto’s delivery team. You will pick up orders from our stores or dark‑stores and deliver them to customers quickly and safely, ensuring a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from the assigned Zepto store or dark‑store.
• Deliver orders to customers within the promised time window.
• Handle products with care to avoid damage or spillage.
• Use navigation apps to select the fastest routes.
• Maintain polite and professional behaviour with customers.
• Collect payments when required and update delivery status.
• Follow company safety and delivery guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.
• Own bike or scooter preferred.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Good communication skills.
