Delivery Executive

About the role

Naplog Logistics is seeking a Delivery Executive to join its Karol Bagh team. You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of high‑value and sensitive consignments to customers and business partners across India.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries, ensuring all documentation is verified and complete.
• Handle high‑value goods with strict adherence to security and compliance procedures.
• Update shipment status in tracking systems and maintain clear communication with dispatch teams.
• Obtain customer acknowledgments and proofs of delivery, addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong service‑delivery mindset focused on reliability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in coordinating multiple deliveries, routes, and schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karol Bagh and manage time effectively under strict security protocols.
• Basic computer literacy for using tracking tools, mobile applications, and documentation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply‑chain education is a plus.
