Delivery Driver

About the role

Divik is seeking a full‑time Delivery Driver to join its on‑site team in Noida. You will be responsible for transporting pooja essentials and related products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring each delivery is accurate, timely, and handled with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload items safely, using equipment such as forklifts when required.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation tools to reach customers efficiently.
• Maintain delivery records and documentation for each order.
• Interact with customers, confirm orders, address basic inquiries, and promote relevant products when appropriate.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety incidents to the supervisor.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and perform basic upkeep.
• Comply with all traffic, safety, and company regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with respectful communication.
• Ability to perform basic sales interactions and promote products.
• Experience with forklift operation or willingness to learn.
• Background in food & beverage delivery or similar logistics roles is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Noida’s local routes and basic navigation apps.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in handling orders and documentation.
