Delivery Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Delivery Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations for our Oxygen business unit in Kottayam, Kerala. The role ensures that products are dispatched and reach customers on time while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and assign deliveries to delivery staff.
• Ensure products are dispatched and delivered according to company timelines.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve delivery‑related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse and branch teams to confirm product availability and arrange dispatch.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, acknowledgments, and related documentation.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to deliveries.
• Arrange proper installation coordination where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or operations (preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
