About the role

Robocept is seeking a reliable Delivery Boy to join its logistics team in Jamshedpur. This full‑time, on‑site position involves transporting goods safely, meeting delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service for our advanced robotic solutions.

Key responsibilities

Transport goods to client locations efficiently and securely.
Adhere to predefined delivery routes and schedules.
Maintain high standards of customer interaction and satisfaction.
Manage logistics paperwork related to each delivery.
Handle items with care to meet client expectations and quality standards.

Required profile

Strong customer service skills for professional client interactions.
Experience in transportation and logistics management to plan and optimise routes.
Training in proper handling of goods with attention to detail.
Familiarity with food & beverage delivery practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently, be punctual, and demonstrate reliability.
