About the role
The Delivery Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to customers across multiple locations in India. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with basic education who are eager to start a career in logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver allocated packages to customers and obtain signed acknowledgment of receipt.
- Plan daily travel routes based on delivery locations to maximize efficiency.
- Load and unload packages safely, handling items with care to avoid damage.
- Accept and record cash or digital payments after each delivery.
- Maintain a daily productivity target of at least 40 deliveries and pickups combined.
- Read and interpret customer addresses written in English.
- Utilize area knowledge to navigate effectively and meet delivery timelines.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 10th grade or higher.
- Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
- Face‑to‑face interview mode.
- Must possess a valid driving licence, PAN card, Aadhar card, and bank details (passbook or cancelled cheque).
- Own a bike and a smartphone for navigation and communication.
- Provide passport‑size photo and other mandatory documents as listed.
Required skills
- Ability to read and understand addresses in English.
- Basic arithmetic for handling payments.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone for navigation and communication.
- Knowledge of the local area to plan efficient routes.
