Delivery Associate & Helper (Full‑time)

About the role

Fair Deals is seeking a full‑time Delivery Associate & Helper to join its team in New Delhi. The role involves safely picking up and delivering beverage products to retail outlets, salons, corporate clients and other business partners while providing courteous, customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from the warehouse and deliver them to designated customers following assigned routes.
• Load, unload and perform basic packing of items to ensure safe transport.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle cash or proof‑of‑delivery documentation when required.
• Provide polite, professional interaction with clients and address any delivery‑related queries.
• Assist with simple in‑store or workshop tasks, keep the work area tidy and coordinate with supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong customer service attitude with the ability to interact politely and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, route planning and timely deliveries.
• Willingness to undergo training on company processes and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages safely.
• Reliability, punctuality and availability to work full‑time on‑site in New Delhi.
• Basic reading and writing skills for record‑keeping; prior delivery experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local routes; possession of a driving licence is preferred.
