Delivery Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Assistant to join our team at Rima's Salad Bar in Mumbai. You will ensure that freshly prepared salads and meals reach our customers across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the North Mumbai (Western Line) hub and deliver them to customers in South Mumbai (Western Line) and surrounding areas.
• Verify order details with customers upon delivery and obtain signatures or confirmations as required.
• Handle and store food items safely during transit, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues promptly.
• Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes and manage delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management skills and punctuality.
• Basic familiarity with navigation applications, preferably Google Maps.
• Demonstrated responsibility in handling food items and complying with hygiene standards.
• Valid driver’s licence and knowledge of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane routes (if using a personal vehicle).
