Data Steward – Salesforce & Marketo

About the role

We are looking for two detail‑oriented Data Stewards to ensure the integrity, governance and optimisation of data across our Salesforce and Marketo platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Technology team, the role will support business development, marketing performance and client engagement by maintaining high‑quality, reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Define, enforce and monitor data‑governance standards, policies and procedures for Salesforce and Marketo.
• Perform regular data audits, cleansing, deduplication and enrichment to maintain accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Manage accounts, contacts, leads and campaign data in Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring seamless synchronization between systems.
• Support segmentation, list management and targeting for marketing and business‑development initiatives.
• Validate data mappings, transformations and workflows, and resolve data‑related issues affecting platform performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports that track data quality and business performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for data collection, entry, maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Provide training, documentation and day‑to‑day support for users on data standards and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, data stewardship or CRM administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data‑governance best practices.
