Data Quality Analyst

About the role

Intelo.ai is looking for a Data Quality Analyst who treats data integrity as a discipline rather than a checklist. You will work across product, engineering, implementation, and integration teams to define and enforce data quality standards that keep the AI platform reliable at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain data quality standards across all data flows within the platform.
• Build validation frameworks and automated checks that surface anomalies early in the data lifecycle.
• Establish reconciliation processes to ensure consistency across systems, sources, and environments.
• Own proactive data quality monitoring and continuously improve it.
• Investigate data discrepancies at the source, triage and classify issues precisely.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to drive permanent fixes rather than temporary work‑arounds.
• Create and maintain a living knowledge base of issues, patterns, and resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Integrations, Product, and Engineering teams.
