Data Privacy Specialist – 7+ Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Privacy Specialist with over seven years of experience to design, implement and maintain privacy frameworks across the enterprise. The role will ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and embed privacy‑by‑design principles into our products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data privacy policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct privacy compliance assessments, risk assessments, and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations such as GDPR, PDPL, CCPA, etc.
• Maintain personal data inventories and data flow maps.
• Promote Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default principles.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Security, Risk, and business teams on privacy initiatives.
• Deliver privacy awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection, or Information Governance.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, PDPL, CCPA, or similar privacy regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with DPIAs, privacy risk assessments, data mapping, and compliance assessments.
• Experience developing and implementing data privacy policies and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
