Data Officer (Pharmacovigilance)

About the role

ProductLife Group is seeking a Data Officer specialized in Pharmacovigilance to join its Hub team. You will be responsible for handling safety case data, ensuring quality control, and supporting client‑focused drug safety activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and enter safety case data, performing quality control tracking and ICSR follow‑up.
• Manage generic and client‑specific email boxes for vigilance communications.
• Register, triage, assign, and coordinate vigilance cases, and follow up with local reporters.
• Respond to queries from clients and reporters, and conduct periodic reconciliations of vigilance reports.
• Support local pharmacovigilance teams and contribute to audits, inspections, and resulting action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, nursing, a science‑related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacovigilance experience with service providers, including data entry and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of EU PV regulations, GVP, GCP, FDA requirements, and adverse event reporting.
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and reporters.
