About the role
Bank of America’s Global Business Services is seeking a mid‑level Data Engineer to join the CSWT Graph Data Platform team in India. The role focuses on building and maintaining a TigerGraph‑based RAG solution for AI‑driven consumer applications, fraud detection and AML tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and optimise Hadoop ecosystem components and daily batch processes.
- Design and implement TigerGraph‑based GraphRAG solutions for AI use cases.
- Ensure system stability, performance and reliability across the data platform.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics Strategy team to support the Data Platform initiative.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, providing timely resolutions.
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering.
- Strong background working with Hadoop and Unix environments.
- Experience with graph databases, preferably TigerGraph.
- Proven ability to develop and supervise batch processing workflows.
