Data Engineer – Graph Platform (Mid‑Level)

About the role

Bank of America’s Global Business Services is seeking a mid‑level Data Engineer to join the CSWT Graph Data Platform team in India. The role focuses on building and maintaining a TigerGraph‑based RAG solution for AI‑driven consumer applications, fraud detection and AML tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise Hadoop ecosystem components and daily batch processes.
• Design and implement TigerGraph‑based GraphRAG solutions for AI use cases.
• Ensure system stability, performance and reliability across the data platform.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics Strategy team to support the Data Platform initiative.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, providing timely resolutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering.
• Strong background working with Hadoop and Unix environments.
• Experience with graph databases, preferably TigerGraph.
• Proven ability to develop and supervise batch processing workflows.
