Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Polytope Systems India’s Hyderabad team. The role supports the commercial and customer‑success functions by building reporting that gives visibility into the sales pipeline and helps enterprise customers extract measurable value from our platform. You will work closely with data engineers, sales, marketing and customer‑success teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build dashboards that track customer usage, retention and expansion.
• Analyse campaign and funnel data for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer‑success to develop health scores and churn analysis.
• Partner with data engineers to improve data quality and data pipelines.
• Communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Business‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting (a plus).
