Data Analyst – Collections & AI

About the role

Translate raw operational and campaign data into actionable insights that improve debt recovery efficiency and client ROI. Support end‑to‑end collections strategy with dashboards, benchmarks and predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS and email performance funnels.
• Develop account‑specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation and expansion stages.
• Identify gaps and trends through historical data analysis.
• Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates and recovery likelihood.
• Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews.
• Partner with product managers and portfolio managers on A/B test results and campaign pivots.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of analytics experience in fintech, collections or SaaS.
• Strong technical background with advanced SQL, Excel (macros, pivot tables) and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI/ML‑based predictive analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of data‑privacy and secure handling protocols.
• Ability to work US business hours and communicate insights effectively.
