Data & AI Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Data & AI Delivery Manager to lead our engineering teams in Bangalore. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of data foundation and AI/GenAI solutions for our service line’s clients, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and AI/GenAI solution development teams, overseeing planning, execution, deployment and transition to managed operations.
• Define delivery methods, cadences and governance, and ensure architectural decisions follow Centre of Excellence standards.
• Track revenue, EBIT and deployment efficiency; manage resource productivity and profitability.
• Support sales pursuits with delivery estimates, staffing plans and solution feasibility.
• Maintain client relationships, handle governance, status reporting and escalation resolution.
• Monitor delivery risks, quality, cost and schedule metrics, and ensure compliance with AI governance and responsible AI standards.
• Develop and retain talent through hiring, performance management and career development, building technical bench strength in data and AI.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of experience in software or data engineering delivery with proven people‑leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to own cost, quality and schedule across complex engagements.
• Experience managing delivery revenue, EBIT and productivity metrics.
• Strong commercial acumen and client‑facing skills.
