Cybersecurity Manager – Project & Penetration Testing

About the role

Join Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) as a Cybersecurity Manager and lead both project‑level security governance and hands‑on penetration testing for a fast‑growing mobility platform serving India, Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Support IT owners and product teams in implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain security documentation and act as the first point of contact for security queries.
• Distribute policy updates and guide teams on security‑relevant changes, vulnerabilities and incident response.
• Scope, execute and report penetration tests on web applications, mobile apps and infrastructure.
• Develop testing methodologies, recommend security improvements and train staff on security awareness.
• Collaborate with IT staff to conduct security audits and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication and networking skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity policies, procedures and risk management.
• Experience in at least three of the following domains: secure software development, security testing, network security, cloud security, web/application security, cryptography, identity & access management, security architecture, hardware or embedded security.
