Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security solutions across its network and industrial environments. The role involves hands‑on configuration of firewalls, switches, and security monitoring tools, as well as strategic oversight of compliance with internal cyber security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, commission, and update firewalls, switches, and IPS/I4DS signatures.
• Install, configure, and maintain NMS, backup & recovery, and anti‑malware solutions (ePO, WSUS).
• Analyse logs, alerts, and network traps to identify anomalies and resolve incidents.
• Validate firewall rules, VLAN and DMZ designs, and ensure BIOS/firmware compliance.
• Manage anti‑virus, whitelisting, HIPS, and data‑loss‑prevention policies.
• Conduct cyber‑security audits, maintain asset inventory, and support disaster‑recovery planning.
• Prepare performance reports, KPIs, and improvement recommendations for senior leadership.
• Liaise with OEMs and internal teams to resolve tool‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of hands‑on experience in network and industrial cyber security.
• Strong understanding of the Purdue model and process‑control network architecture.
• Proven ability to work independently, coordinate with multiple agencies, and communicate technical findings clearly.
