Cyber Security Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security professional to lead enterprise‑wide cyber security initiatives. The role combines strategic governance, hands‑on technical leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to build a resilient security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cyber Defence Center, monitoring, analyzing, and responding to threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
• Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures; conduct risk assessments and support audits.
• Design and deploy secure architecture, including WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, IAM, and network security solutions.
• Identify cyber risks, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee penetration testing reviews.
• Mentor and lead security analysts, present risk posture to senior leadership, and run organization‑wide security awareness programs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a passion for cyber defence.
• Proven leadership experience in managing SOC or cyber defence teams.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
