Customer Tech Support – Spanish (Remote)

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Customer Solutions Analyst to join its Technical Support team. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for hotel owners and operators using our SaaS platform, helping them resolve technical issues and maximise the value of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line technical assistance via phone, email and chat to global customers.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve configuration and usage issues across the full product suite.
• Log all interactions accurately in Salesforce and adhere to SLA and KPI targets.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication.
• Participate in product training sessions and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
