Customer Support Specialist - Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a fluent Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers in Spain. The role involves delivering high‑quality service across multiple channels while working in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, chat, and other channel support to Spanish‑speaking customers.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer‑satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of concerns.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow established processes, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Identify recurring issues and relay feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, contact centre, or helpdesk roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills
